Compression socks
Compression socks are specially designed socks that provide gradual pressure to your legs, ankles, and feet. They are typically made of stretchy, snug-fitting materials that help to improve blood flow and reduce swelling, fatigue, and discomfort. Compression socks are commonly worn by people who spend long hours on their feet, such as athletes, travellers, and healthcare workers. They are also recommended for people with circulation issues, varicose veins, or who are recovering from surgery or injury. Compression socks come in various styles, colours, and compression levels.
Features:
-
Graduated compression: Compression socks are designed with graduated compression, which means the pressure is highest at the ankle and gradually decreases up the leg. This helps to improve blood flow and reduce swelling, fatigue, and discomfort in the legs and feet.
-
Support and stability: Compression socks provide additional support and stability to the feet and ankles, which can be beneficial for athletes, runners, and those who spend long hours on their feet. The snug fit of compression socks can help to prevent injuries and improve performance.
-
Medical benefits: Compression socks are often recommended by healthcare professionals for patients with circulation issues, varicose veins, or who are recovering from surgery or injury. They can also help to prevent blood clots, especially during long periods of inactivity.
-
Comfortable and easy to wear: Compression socks are made of soft, stretchy materials that are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. They are easy to put on and take off, and can be worn throughout the day without causing discomfort or irritation.
